Delivery
Southern Mobility Services will deliver orders over £100 free of charge to anywhere within a 10 mile radius of Basingstoke, smaller items can be delivered but there will be a delivery charge of £10.00. You can call and enquire as to whether there will be a delivery charge applicable to your order. We aim to deliver within 3 working days from date of purchase; however some specialised products i.e. some Powerchairs and Riser Recline chairs can take up to 28 working days and customers will be advised of this at the time of ordering.
Returns & Refunds
All standard products can be returned unused within 7 days of receipt for a full refund; however we are unable to except returns of Bathroom & Toilet aids due to hygiene issues.
Special order & prescriptive products cannot be returned as they are built to individual customer specification.
Any refund to a credit card will incur a 2.5% card fee.
